Casamento no Forte
Ontem, 08/01, no final de tarde, fotografei meu primeiro casamento de 2007. O simpatissíssimo casal Juliana e Matthew casou-se na Capela do Forte São José de Ponta Grossa, no norte da Ilha de Santa Catarina. O casamento foi belíssimo - sou meio suspeito pra falar, pois adoro a luz natural em cerimônias. O local e o casal, juntamente com os convidados, propriciaram uma linda celebração e uma festa muito animada no El Divino Beach, no Jurerê Internacional.
O noivo, seus pais e irmãos são americanos e vieram exclusivamente para o grande dia. Todos muito simpáticos, ficaram encantados com a beleza natural do local que o casal escolheu para a celebração do casamento. Fiquei muito feliz quando o pai de Matthew, Mr. Mark Jones, que é fotografo de casamentos nos E.U.A há 30 anos, me confiou o registro fotográfico desta ocasião tão especial. Acredito ter correspondido a confiança e a expectativa!
A cobertura fotográfica terminou com o casal chegando no Hotel Majestic, onde passaram a noite de núpcias.

Wedding at the Fort
Yesterday, on January 8th, at the end of the afternoon, I photographed my first wedding of 2007. The very very likable couple Juliana and Matthew got married at the Chapel of the Fort of São José da Ponta Grossa, at the north of the island of Santa Catarina. The wedding was very beautiful – I am suspect to say because I personally love natural light at wedding ceremonies. The place and the couple along with their guests made a beautiful ceremony in a very upbeat party at El Divino beach, in Jurerê International.
The groom, and his family are Americans and came to Brazil exclusively for the big day. Everyone was very likable, and they were enchanted with the natural beauty of the place that the couple chose for the celebration of the wedding. I got really happy when Matthew’s father, Mr. Mark Jones, who has been a wedding photographer in the USA for more than 30 years, trusted me with capturing the moments of this extremely special occasion. I believe that I returned the trust and expectations!
The photo shoot ended with the couple getting into the Majestic Hotel, where they spent their wedding night.
